OUR SERVICES

Supported Independent Living

We want participants to be proud of their homes, so we collaborate with participants to understand what they want. By carefully and respectfully considering participant preferences and placement matching principles, we encourage a home-like environment whereby participants can enjoy where they live, and with whom they live.

Support for your Child

Learn everyday skills: Community engagement: Support outside of school hours: We can support your child to develop independence through fun activities and focus on ensuring your child enjoys themselves in a fun and supportive environment, all while developing social and living skills.

Support for Myself

Our in-home and community support services support children, young people, and adults with disability to develop skills and build independence to live the life they choose.

Our service is about supporting you to increase your independence and reach your full potential. We offer support and assistance for you to take part in social activities, attend appointments, and/or supports within your home. This provides you with the flexibility and choice of supports you receive, with activities such as personal care, social outings, transport, shopping, doctor’s appointments, and cooking.
